  • Strategic Management: Managed O2 Media Group: social communities of 12M fans and 10 websites with 50M monthly page views. Created 18K video minutes and 5K seconds of motion graphics, recorded 25K audio minutes and prepared 40M published words.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Conducted an agreement with Etisalat Misr “Authorized Dealer” in Delta area (Sold 200,000 mobile lines) in Square Company.
  • Sales Operation Establishment: Established A-Z sales operation in Upper Egypt that generated about 36M EGP with 36% of the market share in I2 Co.
  • Revenue Generation: Achieved 15M annual sales volume in Xerox in 2005.
  • Mega Projects: Managed turn-key mega projects for the Ministry of Health with a value of 250M EGP.

An Egyptian shareholding company established in February 2014 and is concerned with fields of media, press, and artistic production.


 Scope: Ensuring that the company strategy is geared towards growth, profits and increasing stakeholder return as well as representing the company in public in events or with the press.

Led, coached and mentored all organization members (150 employees) to reach the peak performance.
Established Media Training Academy where 4000 trainees graduated.
Generated many channels for revenue stream like audio books with two major clients (Dad KSA – Masmoo3 UAE) and montage for Chinese media products )one film – three episodes).

Square Telecommunications is an authorized dealer to Etisalat Misr, mobile phones distributor, and mobiles accessories importer.

 Scope: Steering the company to the most profitable direction while implementing its vision, mission, and long term goals

through overseeing all business operations, people, and ventures to drive a sustainable organizational success. 

Established and oversaw six profitable stores in Cairo, Assiut, Menya, Mansoura, Damietta, and Alexandria.
Oversaw the implementation of the annual business plan to ensuring the alignment with the strategic goals.
Managed the commercial sector extensively including sales and distribution, marketing, and customer service departments as a key and critical success contributor.

 Scope: Was in charge of the entire store operations and employees making sure company ran smoothly and cleanly and met any budget or sales goals. Reported to Sales Director and headed 15 employees.

Established four new branches to increase market share.
Managed all sales activities in Assiut branch including selecting sales team and managing their performance.
Assisted top management team in preparing the annual business plan and its implementation.

Scope: Supervised and coordinated the daily activities of sales representatives engaged with promoting and selling the products and recommending changes to current sales techniques or procedures based on team performance and new selling techniques to achieve the pre-determined target. Reported to sales manager and headed 3 employees

Handled periodic sales reports to assist sales manager to make informed decisions.
Assisted sales manager in penetrating new business opportunities where exist.
Conducted the weekly visits schedule for all team members according to the workforce and client segment.
